With reduced green fees and temperatures on the fairways typically around the 15-19 degree mark, these championship courses with their associated high quality facilities are very popular at this time of year.
If you’re along for the ride, you’ll be pleased to know that the sun bathing is also still great out of season, with 5-6 hours of daily sun. There is also plenty going on, as the Algarve, unlike other holiday destinations, caters for year round tourists, with shopping, water sports and entertainments available in all the larger resorts. Vilamoura, Lagos and Albufeira for example offer a tremendous choice of restaurants, bars, clubs and cinemas so there is lots to do, whatever your interests.
